Shortcuts: COM:AN/B • COM:AN/P • COM:RFPP

This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Lower or remove protection on File:Flag_of_Palestine.svg

The edit warring seems to have died down and it does not seem as if it will ruin everything, simply by unlocking it.

It should be fine to at least lower it.

A disruptive user, NorthTension keeps forcing files, especially these two files to have standardized colors despite at the time it not being such colors. He keeps citing the reasons that he does so to be "colors, the PRC flag has been standardized to this specific shade so it stands within reason that everything else derived from it should be this color too as it is on wikimedia", which doesn't count for making flags non-historical, plus it's stupid because he knows those standardized colors only exist from 2022, which is like around 80 to 90 years after these flags were originally adopted!
