Before merging with TUI fly Belgium, Jetairfly flew to various destinations across Belgium and Europe, including:
Passengers flying with Jetairfly were permitted 1 piece of carry-on baggage weighing no more than 6kg and not exceeding maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm.
Passengers could bring 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 15 kg.
Jetairfly provided the convenience of online check-in services, enabling passengers to check in for their flights via the airline's website. Online check-in typically commenced 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and remained accessible until a few hours before the flight's departure.
To check in at the airport, passengers could visit Jetairfly's dedicated check-in counters inside the terminal. It's recommended you arrive at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart to allow you enough time to check-in and clear security.
Jetairfly offered two cabin classes before merging with TUI fly Belgium - these were Economy and Premium.
This was the standard class for most passengers. It provided comfortable seating, in-flight entertainment and meals or snacks, depending on the duration of the flight.
This was an upgraded cabin class offering additional amenities and services compared to Economy Class. Passengers in Premium Class enjoyed extra legroom, priority boarding, enhanced meal options and an increased baggage allowances. They also had access to premium lounges at select airports.
Jetairfly, while in operation, didn't have its own frequent flyer program.
Jetairfly wasn't a member of any airline alliances - it operated as a standalone airline. However, Jetairfly did have codeshare agreements with other airlines, allowing passengers to book flights on partner airlines and enjoy certain benefits including quicker connections.
