Cabin Classes
What are seats like?
There is only one class of seating onboard New Japan Aviation flights, which is standard seating. Because of the small aircraft, passengers can enjoy a private and VIP experience.
Facilities
Because of the aircraft being operated, the facilities onboard are limited. Passengers are encouraged to make the most of the facilities available at the airport before departing.
Check-In
Passengers flying with New Japan Aviation can't currently check-in for their flight online.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is not currently available.
Airport Check-in
Passengers are encouraged to arrive at their departing airport as early as possible. The recommended arrival time is 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Special Services
The airline can provide a number of special services for those with disabilities or requiring additional assistance. The airline will strive to meet your needs, but due to the configuration of the aircraft there may be restrictions. It is advised to contact our customer service team before you book to avoid disappointment.
Destinations that New Japan Aviation flies to
Scheduled Services
The airline is currently the only airline to operate scheduled flights to Sado Island. Niigata to Sado is the only scheduled passenger route that the airline provides.
Charter Services
As well as scheduled passenger flights, New Japan Aviation can operate private charter flights between Kagoshima Airport and the following domestic airports within the region: Kagoshima Airport, Satsuma Iōjima Airport, Miyazaki Airport, Kumamoto Airport, Amakusa Airport, Kitakyushu Airport, Nagasaki Airport, Oita Airport, and other destinations by request.
