Baggage Policy
Transavia France offers three different fares:
Basic includes ten kilogram hand luggage and a confirmed seat
Plus holds further amenities like one free piece of luggage of 20 kilogram, a dedicated seat reservation and flexible rebooking conditions.
Max additionally includes a free 30 kilogram piece of luggage and the usage of a fast lane at the security check for shorter waiting times before the flight.
Commencing 5 April 2011, Transavia introduced fees for hold luggage and changed the rules for hand luggage, with the maximum allowable weight for hand luggage increased from 5 kg to 10 kg.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Transavia France operates a frequent flyer program called Flying Blue Miles whereby choosing a Plus or Max Fare while booking flights to earn a set number of Award Miles.
This applies to only to flights operated by Transavia Netherlands. Adults can take 1 piece of hand baggage of up to 10 kg.
